Development of an Evaluation Results Management System to Improve Learning Effectiveness

Abstract

Assessment of learning evaluation results is an important aspect in the educational process to measure the effectiveness of applied teaching methods. However, conventional management of evaluation results often hinders rapid and accurate decision-making in improving the quality of learning. This study aims to develop an efficient and effective evaluation results management system to improve learning effectiveness. The library research method is a method of collecting data through libraries or explored through library information both from books and journals, with the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the developed system is able to manage evaluation data automatically, provide easy-to-understand results reports, and enable rapid feedback to improve the teaching and learning process. The implementation of this system is expected to have a positive impact on improving the quality of learning and support more effective data-based decision-making in the educational environment.
